Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
- Open to accredited travel agents making cruise bookings with Whitestar Cruise & Travel during the promotional period: 05 January – 30 November 2026. Bookings made outside this period will not qualify for entry.
- Only confirmed and deposited bookings qualify.
- Cancelled or refunded bookings will not be counted.
- Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Whitestar Cruise & Travel are not eligible to enter.
- The Win a Car grand prize is open exclusively to accredited South African travel agents booking through Whitestar Cruise & Travel.
- The Top Performer Prize is open to both South African and wider Africa-based travel agents.
- Select booster prizes may also be open to Africa-based agents where specified.
Entries
- Only new cruise bookings made through Whitestar Cruise & Travel during the promotional period qualify.
- Cancellations, amendments, or reinstated bookings may be excluded at Whitestar’s discretion.
- One entry per qualifying booking.
- Double entries for qualifying premium accommodation categories.
- Double entries for specific booster promotions.
- Double entries for a Moorings Yacht Charter booking.
- Group bookings of 8–20 cabins will earn double entries.
- Group bookings of 21 or more cabins will earn triple entries.
- Triple entries for Full World Cruise Bookings across any cruise line represented by Whitestar Cruise & Travel.
- There is no limit to the number of entries an agent may earn.
- Bookings must be confirmed with payment at the time of the draw to be a valid entry.
- Whitestar reserves the right to audit and verify all bookings.
Prizes
- The grand prize is a brand-new Cherry Tiggo 4 Pro.
- Car prize is non-transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or credit.
- Booster prizes are subject to availability and may change without notice.
- Winners agree to participate in marketing publicity through all Whitestar Cruise & Travel Platforms.
- Whitestar Cruise & Travel is not responsible for any additional costs associated with the prize, insurance, taxes, or ongoing running costs.
- The grand prize vehicle model is subject to availability. If the specified model is unavailable, Whitestar Cruise & Travel may substitute it with a similar vehicle of similar value.
- The winner must take delivery of the vehicle at a location designated by Whitestar Cruise & Travel.
- The prize vehicle will feature Whitestar Cruise & Travel branding for a period of six (6) months from the date of handover. The winner agrees to keep the branding intact and visible for the full duration.
Winner Selection
- The agent drawn in the lucky draw will win the grand prize.
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- The agent with the highest number of valid bookings by 30 November 2026 will win the top performer prize.
- All prize winners will be officially announced by 11 December 2026.
- Whitestar Cruise & Travel reserves the right to redraw if the selected winner does not meet eligibility requirements.
- In the event of a tie for the top performer prize, the winner will be determined by a random draw.
- Whitestar Cruise & Travel’s decision is final.
- The lucky draw for the grand prize will be conducted in the presence of an independent auditor or adjudicator in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
- Winners will be notified via the contact details registered with Whitestar Cruise & Travel. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, Whitestar reserves the right to redraw.
- Winners will have 7 days to formally accept the prize or it will be forfeited.
- Whitestar Cruise & Travel may request proof of identity, employment, and qualifying bookings before awarding the prize.
General Conditions
- Whitestar Cruise & Travel reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel the promotion at any time.
- Standard booking terms and conditions apply.
- Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- By entering, participants consent to the processing of their personal information for purposes of administering the incentive, verifying eligibility, and publicity, in accordance with POPIA.
- Whitestar Cruise & Travel reserves the right to disqualify any entries deemed fraudulent, incomplete, or non-compliant with these terms and conditions.
- Whitestar Cruise & Travel reserves the right to replace the prize with another of similar value should circumstances require, subject to CPA guidelines.
- All decisions made by Whitestar Cruise & Travel regarding the incentive are final.
