Are all guests travelling in the same stateroom required to upgrade to More At Sea™?
If guests 1 and 2 opt for the More At Sea upgrade programme, all guests travelling in the same stateroom will automatically opt-in as well, and you will be required to pay the upgrade charge. The upgrade charge is based on the length of the cruise and the number of guests in the stateroom (the upgrade amount is lower for guests 3 –8). Children under 2 years old in the same stateroom are not required to pay for the upgrade but will only receive the Wi-Fi package.
When do I need to book More At Sea?
You can purchase More At Sea up to 24 hours before sailing.
Is the premium beverage package and speciality dining package inclusive of the 20% gratuities?
Yes, 20% gratuities on the retail value of the premium beverage package and speciality dining package is already included.
Are there any limits on the amount of selected drinks that can be ordered with the premium beverage package?
There is no limit to the amount of drinks consumed under the promotion; however, guests who choose to consume alcohol must do so responsibly. The ship’s staff may refuse to serve alcoholic beverages to any guest who does not consume alcohol responsibly.
How do the 3rd and 4th guests sail at a reduced rate?
The 3rd & 4th guests pay taxes and fees only instead of the full cruise fare, plus pay the More At Sea Upgrade charge, where they will receive the beverage package and Wi-Fi package only when sharing the same stateroom as guests 1 and 2.
What's included in a speciality dining meal?
All speciality restaurant menu items are included. Additional entrée and premium menu item charges may apply. Any Harvest Caye bars, restaurants or venues, The Bake Shop, Ice Cream Bar, Gelato, Special Occasion/Holiday menus (New Year’s, Christmas, etc.), Jazz Brunch, Wine Lovers and Murder Mystery lunches and beverages are not included in the speciality dining package.
Can guests make dining reservations once on board?
Guests can make reservations by calling or visiting the Restaurant Reservations or through the Cruise Norwegian mobile app. Reservations are subject to availability.
What's included in the Wi-Fi, and what devices will be able to access it?
Applicable to all guests in the stateroom. Wi-Fi allows for 75 minutes per person on 3-6 night cruises, 150 minutes per person on 7+ night cruises. This is accessed through a login linked to the stateroom and is available throughout the ship.
