Terms & Conditions

1. Competition Period
   • The competition runs from 1 August to 30 September 2025. Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible.
2. Eligibility
   • The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 and over.
   • Only one entry per person will be accepted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
   • Only new newsletter sign-ups will be eligible. Existing Whitestar Cruise & Travel subscribers will not be entered into the draw.
3. How to Enter
   • To enter, participants must sign up to receive the Whitestar Cruise & Travel newsletter via the official competition landing page during the competition period.
4. Prize Details
   • One winner will receive a 2-piece Cellini luggage set (carry-on and large trolley case), valued at R7,000.
   • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
   • A random draw of all valid entries will be conducted after the closing date.
   • The winner will be contacted via the email address provided upon sign-up and announced on our social media platforms by 3 October 2025.
   • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, a new winner may be selected.
6. Prize Fulfilment
   • The prize will be delivered within 14 working days of the winner confirming their contact and delivery details.
7. Data Privacy
   • By entering this competition, participants consent to receive marketing communications from Whitestar Cruise & Travel.
   • Personal information provided will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. General Conditions
   • Entries will be verified, and must meet all criteria outlined above to qualify.
   • We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time, for any reason.
   • Participation in this competition implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
