Cunard’s vaccination policy

Following evolving guidance and vaccination entry requirements from both the countries Cunard visits and local authorities in these ports of call, and to protect the health and well-being of all guests, crew and the communities visited, Cunard have updated and extended their vaccination policy for all guests travelling on all departures up to and including 14 May 2022.

All guests of all ages need to be fully vaccinated with two doses of a recognised vaccine* a minimum of 14 days prior to travel. If more than 270 days have elapsed since the second vaccine then a booster vaccine will also be required. The 270 days will be calculated from the day of disembarkation from your cruise. Booster vaccinations need to have been administered a minimum of seven days prior to embarkation. Regardless of the date, if you have already had a booster vaccination you are eligible to travel on these selected voyages.

Depending upon the embarkation port, observed Covid-19 testing with a negative result will also be required either in advance of travel to the terminal, or at the terminal before embarkation. Further details of the embarkation port testing requirements can be found here in the ‘Preparing to sail – At the terminal’ section of Cunard’s website.

Please note that guests will be required to show proof of vaccination prior to boarding. If guests have had a booster, please ensure they are aware that their proof of vaccination reflects this. Should any guests on a booking, be unable to meet the requirements of this updated policy then they may transfer their booking to a future date.
