Free rebooking with Hurtigruten book with confidence policy
With Hurtigruten, you can change your expedition dates free of charge to sail later in 2022 or 2023. You can do this up to 31 days before your departure date, and this can be for whatever reason unrelated to Covid-19.
If you haven’t selected your new travel dates as of yet, you can still cancel your expedition to receive cruise credit for any future expedition, with Hurtigruten (in 2022 or 2023).
This applies to all new bookings for an expedition cruise to any destination made before 30 June 2022 and sailing on or before 31 December 2022 – rebook another expedition cruise departing on, or before 31 March 2023.
Covid rebooking
What happens if Covid-19 prevents you from joining your expedition? Hurtigruten have got you covered there too with zero rebooking fees from 31 days to 24 hours before departure.
If you’re not sure about exactly when you want to rebook, you can cancel your booking to receive future cruise credit for any expedition for later in 2022 or 2023.
Covid-19 factors that are eligible affecting your expedition cruise include; testing positive for Covid-19, quarantine requirements on entry to the country of the port of embarkation, or a travel ban into that country from where you are travelling.
